These terms govern the courier and logistics services provided by Andre L. Thomas Solutions LLC, operating as ALT Solutions LLC ("ALT Solutions," "we," "us"), a Georgia company based in Marietta, Georgia. By requesting a quote, booking a delivery, or entering a service agreement with us, you accept these terms. Where a written service agreement or contract applies to your engagement, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Services
ALT Solutions provides same-day courier, medical and legal courier, scheduled route delivery, last-mile delivery, and long-distance/regional run services across the Atlanta Metro area and beyond. All services are provided by quote or under a written service agreement or route contract. Service descriptions and rates published on this website are general information; the quote or agreement issued for your specific work is the controlling document for that work.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the pickup, drop-off, timing, weight, and handling details you provide, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. If delivery details change — including addresses, wait times, additional stops, or special handling — the final charge may be adjusted in line with our published rates and surcharges. Route contracts are billed as stated in the contract.
Scheduling, Changes & Cancellations
Scheduling, change, and cancellation terms for a booking or route are as stated in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes communicated in advance. Deliveries that cannot be completed because of incorrect information, an unavailable recipient, or site access issues may incur a return-trip or retry charge at our published rates.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, including contact names and any access instructions.
- Package items securely and label them clearly for transport.
- Disclose any special handling requirements — including temperature control, fragility, or confidentiality — before pickup.
- Ensure a responsible party is available at pickup and delivery, or authorize unattended delivery in writing.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal goods. Hazardous materials and regulated items are accepted only where permitted by law and agreed with us in writing in advance. We may decline any item that, in our judgment, cannot be transported safely or lawfully.
Handling, Custody & Proof of Delivery
Medical and legal deliveries are handled under HIPAA-aware protocols with chain-of-custody documentation and tamper-evident packaging. Deliveries are confirmed with signature and/or photo proof of delivery. Records of each delivery are retained as part of our business records.
Insurance & Liability
ALT Solutions maintains insurance coverage for its courier operations in Georgia. Our liability for loss of or damage to items in our custody is governed by the applicable quote, service agreement, or route contract and by applicable Georgia law. Clients are responsible for declaring the nature and value of items tendered for delivery when requesting a quote; items of extraordinary value should be disclosed in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made. To the extent permitted by law, ALT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic conditions, and road closures.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated on the applicable invoice, quote, or service agreement. Route contract billing follows the schedule stated in the contract.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from services provided by ALT Solutions will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless a written service agreement provides otherwise.
